When this project started I was driving at least 5 hours a day, 5 days a week between Orange County and Los Angeles, as my commute to work. Majority of the time spent in that Toyota, I was tired, stressed out, and by myself.

This collection of photos is meant to serve as a commentary on awareness - a simple reminder to open your eyes, take in your surroundings, and enjoy the little things.

Life (and all the license plates in it) will gracefully pass you by if you let it.

Photo Submission Agreement

Permission for Use:

By submitting your photos, you grant PL8TS a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the submitted photos in any media formats and through any media channels.

This license includes, but is not limited to, the use of the photos in books, promotional materials, and any other projects related to pl8tsbook.com.

No Compensation:

You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your photos. This includes any royalties, fees, or other payments for their use in the aforementioned projects.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pl8tsbook.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your submission of photos, including any claims that your photos infringe on third-party rights.

Consent for Minors:

If any submitted photos include identifiable individuals under the age of 18, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) depicted or have obtained the necessary consent from the parent or legal guardian to submit the photos for use as outlined in this agreement.

Modification and Termination:

pl8tsbook.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this photo submission agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued submission of photos will constitute acceptance of such changes.

By submitting your photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
